We start the year with a Small Guide dedicated to the producers of our territory. While researching, we found that in Val di Cornia, the pursuit of quality, sustainability, and ethical labor practices are fundamental for several players in the region. Those you will find today in the Small Guide created by Diana from La Casa Nel Castello and Bruna @lagualdavecchia are just examples chosen for their geographical diversity, production type, and their online presence with websites and Instagram profiles, which is crucial for our outreach. If you wish to recommend other virtuous examples to us, you are most welcome and would help us in our endeavor to promote the territory.
