Our structure welcomes guests in two of the apartments that make up the Podere, while the third is our private residence. We have designed the spaces to ensure maximum privacy and relaxation for anyone who chooses to stay with us.
Each room in the structure boasts direct access to the garden, allowing each guest to enjoy a private corner of peace outdoors.
Leccio Apartment
Upon arrival, you will find a two-room apartment restored while respecting the historical nature of the place. Inside, you can enjoy a double bedroom. At your disposal is an outdoor patio adorned with an antique solid wood table, where you can enjoy your meals with a view of the holm oaks, the evergreen trees typical of mild climates like the one where the Podere is located.
Leccio is the ideal apartment for couples seeking intimacy and inspiration.

Quercia Apartment
Upon arrival, you will find a home away from everything but in contact with the most precious thing we have: the nature of Tuscany. Quercia is one of the two accommodations available at Podere La Gualda Vecchia and is the most suitable for families or groups of friends who want to immerse themselves in an experience in contact with the authenticity of the territory. The comfortable size of the house and the typical atmosphere of ancient Tuscan residences contribute to creating an intimate and inspirational place.

Podere La Gualda Vecchia is located in Monteverdi Marittimo, between the Etruscan Coast and the Metalliferous Hills, surrounded by woods and hills a few kilometers from the sea.
